"I entered a Bodybuilding contest that was advertised at my gym. For 5 months I trained twice a day and completely changed my diet to all clean protein and no sugar. I won 2nd place and was very happy. Even the guys at the gym came to see me compete. One of the greatest days of my life! I met some of my best friends at competitions. That to me is worth more than any trophy.
