I have used half tube by now (2weeks on it). I am only using after weight training so it can last due to the high cost. Chocolate taste is ok. Effectiveness: it empties my stomach very fast (15-20 min.) I can conclude here that is easily absorbed without bloat or discomfort. I am restricting my carbs now and it helps me to keep my muscles and also I am feeling more hard and define. I combine the hydrowhey with ON pro complex and I am getting good results but both are a bit expensive. if you use it only after training (1 or 1 1/2 scoop) the price is ok as most whey isolates are arround same price (900gr-30e) so afterall the values is also ok. ON is providing a high quality high effective product here. I recommend it, give it a try!

I think this is the best post-work protein has been ever made. It is rather expensive but comparing to other products, for sure it is the best.
